Paulina Salazar O.

Paulina Salazar has more than 8 years of experience in Investment Fund Administrators.

Her responsibility is to ensure compliance with the regulatory framework in which the Administrator Company and their managed Funds are inserted. The foregoing implies Law 19.913 and Law 20.393 (Financial Analysis Unit), Law 20.712 and Law 18.045 (Commission for the Financial Market), among others. Also, she must ensure compliance with the internal policies and procedures; and overall oversight of the risk mitigation measures of the Administrator and its Funds. Lastly, she also provides valuable support over compliance aspects to the companies in which the funds are invested.

Previously she worked as an External Auditor at EY and as an Investment Control Analyst at Larraín Vial.

She is a Public Accountant and Auditor of the Universidad Tecnológica Metropolitana, with a diploma in Compliance and good corporate practices from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.
