Sunamp

Sunamp is a Scottish company that has a proprietary technology for the manufacture of heat storage devices (thermal batteries), with high energy density, compact and long life. Sunamp thermal batteries can be used at a residential, commercial, industrial or vehicle level and can be integrated into any existing Heating, Ventilation or Air Conditioning system, generating significant economic and environmental benefits for users by allowing the use of renewable energy in them. The company has more than 120 invention patents, which focus mainly on its phase change materials (Phase Change Materials, PCM), and on the different components, systems and applications of its thermal batteries. Depending on the territory, it uses different business models including the production and direct sale of finished products with its technology, the licensing of complete plants for the manufacture of the same with its brand, the licensing and manufacturing with a white label and the sale of PCM to thirds.
