CiDRA is an American company founded in 1990 that has developed a set of proprietary technologies, systems and devices focused on increasing productivity and sustainability in mineral processing, including flow meters, particle size meters, mill management, and an advanced ore separation system as a complement to the copper flotation process, which allows processing coarse particles and significantly reducing water consumption. In addition, it has a business unit focused on the application of some of its technologies and solutions in the cement industry for the distribution of concrete.

CiDRA Concrete was born from the restructuring of Cidra Holdings LLC, which was carried out in a series of tax-free transactions, in order to separate the businesses related to mining from those of concrete and thus promote the development of both verticals focusing on their own industries.
